- Added new registration flow that includes needed legal documents.

Bug fixes
- Fixed bugs regarding the name filters.
- Fixed a bug where the grab bar on the registration menu behaved incorrectly.
- Fixed a bug where the registration menu would fail to open the welcome screen after finishing registration.
- Fixed a bug where Overheal was missing from the Early Access core.
